Very Clean and Cozy Stay

Had a comfy stay with my partner. Karen at check-in was super friendly, and our room was really clean and cozy. The hotel was just a short drive from Dorney Park, which was a plus! Only downside was some noisy kids in the hallways, but we just let it slide. The breakfast was decent too!

Check this out, the breakfast was like a gourmet meal. I mean, Luis made sure every bite was fresh out of the kitchen, can't forget how I had to wait just for it to cool down. Super cozy feeling. The staff treated us like family. It made the stay feel a bit special despite everything.

The hotel had a warm, welcoming vibe with friendly staff who were eager to help, but the room cleanliness left much to be desired, including issues with mold and a broken toilet. Breakfast options felt limited despite the nice atmosphere, making it an average stay overall.

Signage to access the property needs improvement, making it tricky to find. The room was clean, and the friendly staff, especially Yancy, significantly enhanced our experience. However, the lack of housekeeping was disappointing. we had to request towel replacements and coffee supplies, which shouldn’t be necessary in a $500 two-night stay. The breakfast options were decent, but the overall service could use some tightening up.
